Using a plane is a great way to square off the edges of your leather, or even shape leather for use in bag handles and watch straps.
To use simply adjust the blade to the desired depth (recommend 0.5-1mm) and run the flat bottom along the edge of the leather, some people prefer to push away from themselves however you may find you have more control if you pull towards yourself.
The tool will require you to sharpen it on delivery.
